Budget Adjustment Workshops

Spending decisions that hold up over time

Most budgets fail at the revision stage — not the planning stage. These workshops focus on the specific moment when income changes, costs shift, or a plan stops fitting reality.

How the workshops are structured

Practical sessions, not theoretical frameworks

Each session addresses a concrete budget scenario — a salary drop, an unexpected expense, a business quarter that missed targets. Participants work through real adjustments, not hypothetical ones.

Session format
Live online, 90 minutes per session. Assignments are completed between sessions, not during them.
Commitment
Four sessions across two weeks. Each builds on the previous — skipping one creates gaps in the adjustment model you build.

"I had done budgeting courses before. This was the first time I actually changed something in my finances because of one."
— Orlaith Fennelly, past participant
