Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights over platform content.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational use. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content.

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including assignments, comments, or feedback, you grant Ruvikset a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and reproduce such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Certain workshops, courses, or features on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before you complete a purchase. Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as required and are subject to change at our discretion.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, digital content that has been accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment processor.

We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.
